Absolutely loving my new hair! Having curly hair, I was nervous to try a new hairdresser, but Vanessa assured me she knew her way around curls, and the end result really shows it. On top of that, she made sure I understood how my curls would likely affect having my hair cut short and layered, and she was super enthusiastic when we saw the end result. My hair's the shortest it's ever been and I love it! Definitely coming back!

I recently got my hair cut and coloured here. The ladies are really great, Vanessa double checked with me how I wanted my hair to be and offered a really high quality of care. I’m not a great salon person (generally socially awkward) but the staff here made me feel at ease and comfortable. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new salon in the area!

Can't recommend these women higher! Went in to get my first proper cut since before COVID, a bob, super scary, but Vanessa and Courtney made it so easy! They helped me fix an old bad colouring and then cut my hair PERFECTLY! It was like Vanessa knew exactly what would suit me although I was a bit clueless, and I am SO GRATEFUL! Amazing girls, amazing service, amazing cut.

First time visiting this salon, and Vanessa made my daughter's and I feel like we were old friends. She was so warm and friendly. Vanessa went above and beyond with the girls, my daughter has extremely thick hair but Vanessa didn't take a single shortcut even though it meant her working way beyond her normal hours. The results of both girls hair were amazing I couldn't recommend Vanessa and her team more highly, we have definitely found a gem of a hairdresser here on the sunny coast! Thankyou Vanessa x

Love, love, love my new hair... The natural curls have really come out, the style is so easy with an undercut making it a lot cooler to now wear my locks down, and the colour... well wow - so much depth and my friends say I'm now a Rose brown!" Thank you heaps Ness

When I walked into MI Salon, the staff were so friendly and nothing was a problem.Vanessa did an amazing cut on my hair and Corey did a fabulous colour.Vanessa shows so much knowledge and exerpitise, she is such a wonderful lady.I would highly recommend MI Salon.

My experience at Mi Salon was absolutely amazing...Vanessa was lovely, professional and courteous, she made me feel very welcome and her salon has a very cool vibe to it.I am very happy with my cut, she faded it nicely and styled to the way I liked it.Thank you.Highly recommended.

Very nice and great atmosphere but when it comes to cutting hair they don't seem to really know hair. I had no feedback on what my hair would do/look like once my hair had settled into the cut (going from mid length to Bob style). And it honestly looked like a fluffy poodle. It looked great when it was first cut but by the next day, terrible. Please learn about different hair styles, wavy/curly, and give advice. I even asked for what would look best for me and she said it's up to me.

After a hard, long year I was treated like an absolutely celebrity whilst having my hair done. Vanessa went above & beyond with after care questions and follow up to see how I was feeling after such a dramatic change. I left the salon feeling valued, pampered and like a human being again. Not only did Vanessa do an amazing job on my hair, she had my mirror covered throughout the entire process so I could have a new me reveal". I've never felt more comfortable having my hair done. Vanessa and the team at Mi Salon are amazing. It can be difficult finding a new Hairdresser when moving to a new place but Vanessa makes you feel right at home and I always feel amazing after she does my hair. I would 100% recommend Vanessa and her team at Mi Salon.
