Having seen a clinical psychologist before, I soon realised that CBT was only a temporary solution. Chris used a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques such as narrative, solution-focussed and psychodynamic models to help me delve further into my “world” and how I had dealt with things in the past. I feel like a new person - thank you.

Chris is one of the most genuine and gentle therapists I have ever met. He is always warm and welcoming and his level of empathy is extremely supportive, I have never encountered him as judgmental or off putting. I highly recommend seeing him if anyone has anything on their mind.
