Rob is professional, very competitively priced and highly knowledgeable. But most importantly, his honesty was so refreshing. He informed us of how many people were being taken for a ride for the exact same repairs after last year's heavy Feb rain (charging in excess of $4000). I can't imagine ever using anybody else again.

I contacted him about a bit of general maintenance on the roof, and to re-do the pointing. He came out an gave a competitive quote, without trying to sell me more than I needed, arrived on time every time, genuinely cared about doing a quality job that will last, and thought about it all from my point of view, rather than just 'another job'. Kept my informed, and provided good aftersales service, which I struggle to find sometimes. Even left me with some spare tiles once he could get a hold of some.
