Often overstocked no one with disabilities or anyone with a stroller could go in there safely. Missing out on sales if mum's can't get in there.

Went shopping with lots of cash only to find they don't even have a till!!!. This place SUX. Don't bother going there to spend your cash. They only take cards. Too bad for them. Cash is King AND still legal tender!

I bought cutlery from here.. for the price I paid I didn’t expect them to rust after one wash from the dishwasher and I couldn’t even return them coz I didn’t keep the box!! Don’t buy from here!

I went in to get some pot for last minute Xmas baking. I was there with 3 kids. The two guys behind the counter were unpacking some boxes. I was standing there for 5+minutes and no one even acknowledged I was there wanting to get some advise. The guy who finally served me reluctantly grabbed the item I wanted however when I got home I realized it was a wrong item I purchased. All I wanted was to get out of there and I didn't check my bad however he didn't tell me that the item comes in two different sizes either)... I really felt like I was bothering him! I know its hectic Xmas time but common! If I could I would give them minus star for todays service!

Today I was served by the lovely Campbell. He was really friendly and had a great sense of humour. It was great to see some young gentleman working and actually having conversations with their customers about every day life. He wrapped my candle for me, and brought my belongings to me in front of the counter which added a nice touch to my experience. What a great team you have :)

You lost a $200 sale today because you don’t take cash ! Wasted my time looking around and selecting only to be told at the register you don’t take cash .. another company ended up enjoying the funds you declined! I won’t be back !

I went into purchase an item for $7,handed the cashier the right money. She refused said we don't have a till you'll have too use eftpos. $7 really..
