Went in to buy a cheap rug, and Chris, who is one of the best sales men i have ever met, convinced me that a good quality more expensive rug would be better, showed me a reasonable priced special and we were sold, rug looks good, and at no time felt pressured into buying anything. He even told us if it didn't match to bring it back to swap for another rug, which is a bonus!!! Chris is a great guy, and wonderful sales man!!!

I had the most amazing experience with Haylie! She made it so easy and helped me pick out a gorgeous rug. I was extremely happy with my purchase and experience.

I am giving a five star review as Nicole went above and beyond and saved my shopping experience. She knows her product knowledge, she spent a length of time with me and made me feel comfortable about my purchase The best customer service I have ever had and if I could give ten stars for her I would. I had been in a few days before and was absolutely appauled at the level of service I was given by a salesman named Chris. He gave me no knowledge of the products even though I was trying my best to get any information out of him but he continued to disregard me. His attitude made me feel awful.I WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK BUT ONLY TO SEE NICOLE!

Purchased from Cyrus Rugs today. Jason was extremely helpful in showing as many rugs as we asked for. Also ensured that the rug we were choosing matched the style of the house ie. colours and patterns. Definitely recommend Cyrus rugs!

No stars if it would let me - I bought two rugs the same, collected one and it proceeded to leave copious amounts of dirt and fibre everywhere, therefore not fit for purpose. Returned it under 24 hours, as per consumer law and provided my complaint and requested the refund for both the returned and non collected rug. This was also after looking for second option. Nicole proceeded to not communicate but via an inexperienced girl and then while she was talking on a telephone. Refused to refund and instead gave a business card stating to contact head office being Cyrus the company director so my payment could be refunded, stating she was not paid enough to conduct refunds, and could not do that type of transaction in the store!. Called the number on the card no response. So provided the complaint and photos to the ACCC. Nicole stated when the rug was returned they had a no refunds policy, though on reading is only for - when someone just changes their mind, which was not in this case - Nicole stated to her employer this was the nature of the rug, though a dirt and excessive fibre loss warning was not provided during the sale of the rug. If it was, I certainly would not have bought it. I was pretty disappointed the rug was so unsanitary and I had to return it. A pretty poor service once they have your money and without even having the products - money is still owed for the poor product. Be warned do not purchase from this store. The response provided after this post by the business is not consistent with my experience, events or the witnesses present reinforcing the advice provided - do not do business with this company. Note: Nicole did not discussed this with you before you decided to buy the rugs

Can’t thank both Nicole (AKA the rug whisperer) and Tammie for their help today. I bought a rug Saturday on impulse, got it home and found that it doesn’t match anything...not sure what I was thinking..Today the ladies went above and beyond to trouble shoot with me....it’s still a work in progress, but we’re getting there....Thanks again for your time, ideas and making this journey pleasurable.Deb

So many rugs, great prices but best of all is the service. Nicole is a rug whisperer. She is extremely passionate about rugs and so knowledgeable. She listened to what we wanted and helped us find the best rug at a great price. I couldnt recommend her enough.
