The guy in the shop his name is samir, he is a genius person i went there and i gave her my 5 years old phone it was completely destroyed as you can see in the photos, screen, back panel, frame......and he said he'll call me when its ready and he called me in 3 hours, iwent to pick up my phone it was completely new phone, new camera glass, new screen, new back panel, new frame and now I'm good for another couple of years, i highly recommend this place, price was good and cheaper than everywhere else, very vey good experience

I have taken a few phones to Sam for various issues like battery problems, broken screens etc. Recently my daughter had her phone screen replaced. Sam was courteous, friendly and very helpful. She took the phone in at 11am. It was ready around 12:30pm. The cost is affordable, he does a great job and an excellent professional, honest service. He even gave her a free screen protector.He is a small business and the difference is obvious. With the BIG companies you're just a number. With Horizon Mobile Center and Sam, you are treated as a person. It shows in the pride he takes in repairing our devices with care and respect. Can't beat old school customer service.
