Specialized Tilt Tray & Towing

My elderly mother was involved in a motor vehicle accident and a Specialized driver was in attendance fairly immediately. The driver (Amy) was extremely caring and empathetic towards my mums situation and ensured that her safety and well being came first. She then explained the process of towing her vehicle and even called the following day to make sure she was ok. I would recommend this company for anyone involved in an accident.

The worst company to deal with. So hard to get through on the phone and they don't respond to emails. To make things worse my car wasn't even at the confirmed holding yard in canningvale for almost 2 days after my accident!!! The assessor from my insurance company said it had literally only just been dropped off when he went back a second time to assess my car. I would have been stuffed if I needed to collect anything from it. Stay away from this useless company!

My car has been stolen by this company for an entire month since my accident and I still have not received it back. My insurance company has provided proof of payment twice however Specialized just say the funds haven’t been received so they won’t allow my car to be fixed by my insurer so I can get it back. Every time I call I either don’t get through or I have literally been told not to call or that someone will call me back and no one ever does. I will be contacting the police regarding my vehicle as I feel as if this company have stolen it and are holding onto it to be able to charge more money from my insurance company. Absolute scammers

I had a bad experience with your company. I got a car accident on the way to Fremantle. They pushed me to tow my car away even though the car was drivable. I said to him ( Anthony Valentino) I really need my car for a living and they promised me giving me the same car and organising the car in 15mins. I was waiting for 40 minutes, and they finally said we don't have a car and need to go to Osborne Park to pick up the car, that is even a small car. So I went there in the evening it took me 40 minutes to go there. They said they would swap to Big SUV car the next day , but they never get back to me. They even doesn't answer the call at all. You may need to visit their office in Landsdale, the address they mentioned in a document, but they moved the office you can not find it. They never say 'sorry' even one word. I even have more bad experiences, but I can't explain here enough . I don't really hope best service. Please, you have to 'at least' answer the phone.

The Specialized driver who stopped to help me when I was broken down he was such a polite young guy. He got me out of a dangerous situation on the freeway and I couldn’t be happier with their service.

Kris and Foster helped me today with my car and it is safe to say that without their expert services, my car would have been written off.Foster noticed smoke coming from beneath my car hood, and the pair swiftly pulled me aside to see what was wrong. They identified the issue, fixed the broken pipe, and efficiently got the car into working condition again.I was super impressed by the pair’s calmness and they provided me with clear instructions on what to do next. I have the utmost confidence Kris and Foster could assist with any roadside issue one may encounter.Really appreciate the service I received and without a doubt will be calling them next time I’m in a pickle.5/5 rating.Ben.
