I know family’s that have built with fresh homes and would highly recommend. Their team are amazing and are doing nothing but their best especially during COVID, bushfires, floods, supply shortages and more. It’s been a tough couple of years for everyone and it’s a shame people are leaving such horrible reviews about a great company without hearing the full story.

The professionalism from this company is disgusting. The contact with the owners is disgusting. The delays are outrageous and the excuses are unacceptable. If you want better reviews, I suggest you stop taking on so many houses at once and complete the one’s you are currently working on. I will not be recommending fresh homes to anyone that asks me.

The van for this company was dangerously tail gating me in a 100km/hr zone on the highway this morning. I slowed down on overtaking lanes so he could over take but he just wouldn't. So I eventually slowed down to 50kms so he had no choice but to overtake, but not without first getting right up close he was nearly touching the back of my car! I don't know what your problem is, but I had cruise control set to the exact speed limit and was just trying to get my kids to our destination safely!!!!!This type of bigot behaviour is what gets people killed on the roads!!!!!!

Tania was amazing to work with in designing our home, Sandra was amazing with the building process, both Tania and Sandra had amazing advice on something that we were unsure on and if we build again will definitely build through fresh home Townsville again

Building our first home was supposed to be exciting and special. Instead it was an extremely stressful, never ending process. It still blows my mind how we were treated and spoken to. And now a long list of issues with our home that no one seems interested in giving any priority to. Would not recommend x 100.
