Sales people are helpful and professional. However, we emphasized that deliver to be made to garage because we are not settled in yet, and give us a heads up when they are close. Delivery still left cargo at the front grass. I spent my whole day moving them into my garage box by box because I don't have a forklift.Delivery people did not give us notice when they will arrive ahead of time and only give us a date, they expect us to wait at home for the whole day but would not even spare a minute to send a notice text. For the time I cook breaks for my kid they dropped the cargo at front. When I call back they are like, I've already left.Their products look good and sales people are good, but be aware of delivery will boo you so be prepared.

I love this tile shop especially Catherine Chen the Sales staff who served me. Sure, it’s location is not terrific and showroom cannot be compared to uppity companies like Beaumont. And true, it does not come with fancy “bells & whistles” but lets not forget that at the end of the day, it is the customers who always end up paying for such thrills and frills!Of far more relevance to me is that Go Tile’s pricing policy is more than fair and reasonable plus their customer service is great. Hence, driving all the way from home @ Gold Coast to Underwood was definitely worthwhile for me.
