Unilodge on Riversdale is the best accommodation for students.The best thing is the room are well equipped with all essential things so we don't have to stress ,we can just move in and get straight to explore or meet new friends .I love my stay at Unilodge as it's very peaceful and i get my privacy and also there are lots of activities that going on here .If you are an international student trust me Unilodge on Riversdale is the best place yo be

A small apartment block for students which is not without charm. More quiet and peaceful than expected. Three stars is a thumbs up in this case, because seriously when is student accommodation ever better than three stars?

Not many rooms, therefore it is always unavailable. You need to constantly checking to know the vacancy in the complex. From the reports and reviews, the quality of accomodations are good but lack of availability at the right time kicks out the whole contention. The described rates are also on the higher side but as I said,it will not make a difference unless and until there are actually rooms available and people can avail them. Kindly increase the capacity.

THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE YOUR FIRST CHOICE. Moved in around July and saw that the carpet was wet and the room smelled terrible. My unit is a balcony unit, and rain water comes in through the floors and my understanding is that there are other units with the same problem. Mould was growing. I’ve complained multiple times. It is now December and it has not been fixed- only “attempts”, which the management thinks is good enough. Seems like the apartment isn’t maintained or checked on. All lights are expected to be working when you move out, as mentioned in the rules- unfortunately when I moved in one of them wasn’t, and when I asked for the bulb to be replaced they wanted to charge a ridiculous fee. Mattress is grotty. Units are expected to be cleaned upon moving out or you can pay to have it cleaned, but with the condition mine was in when I moved in, I’m really wondering if the extra money I paid to have it cleaned when I move out will really go towards that. Honestly this establishment feels more like a SCAM where they try to make as much money as possible for extremely terrible service. Just don’t bother with this place. Absolutely awful and a massive ripoff.

did not stay here but visited the apartment and was paying my daughter's rental - it has good things going for it such as games room, proximity to local transport bla bla - but you don't live in the games room, you live in the apartment - and the apartment is terrible with leaky balcony, wet carpets, dirty mattress, mold on floor and wall and they drag their feet to respond to these issues because they know most of the tenants are short term students who do not know their rights and/or are reluctant to confront the owner and therefore students become easily exploitable....avoid this place

Very good rooms for the price and in a area suitable for students

One of the best place that I have ever lived. It's like a small village over there everyone is connected and friendly. No one breaks the rules at anytime. Weekends are perfect to hangout with other house mate to have a chat and a small drink or could be a movie night

Nice place to stay at, rooms are nicely sized. Close to slopping centre.
