Worst experience ever Honestly very disappointed with the service , the landline never works or no answers or calls back , msg on Instagram gets replied back after ages , cancellation of appointment, no respect or whatsoever to the customers time like I came in to my appointment at 1:30 exactly waited 10min for the worker to tell me ur not booked in ur name not even in the system ,wait till I finish my client . Like all of us has a life and a jobLike I don’t live around the corner yesterday it happened Yh I might’ve given u one digit wrong but u always communicate through Instagram they was a chance to msg me here to give me a heads up .With all do respect from a perspective of a customer it’s nice if you respect my time aswell like i am rocking up to the appointment on time have respect for mine .And please for the workers it’s best to teach them some customer service tips before handing them to deal with customers, we all make mistakes but if clearly there’s a lack of communication between the workers and the bookings like fix don’t let ur customer waiting solve itSolve you mistakesNever coming back after this

My worst experience!! Have booked a laser session online, went there and there wasn't a receptionist so rang the bell to let them know I've been arrived then waited for 45 minutes for someone to come and talk to me, messaged them on Instagram as well then finally a lady showed up to surprise me by saying they have FORGOTTEN to add my booking to their system and asked me to come back later!!!! A small business like this should really focus more on their customer service, respect people's time and take care of the clinic's hygiene as well.
