Very unhappy experience at this place. I put in $50.00 onto the change machine and only got $14.00 back I have rang the management number many times but can not get a response. The area is very clean and the machine did a good job at washing but the money issue is very disappointing.

clean, easy to use the facilities, large capacity machines, change machine located inside premises, long hours from 6am-11pm, safe and secure, entrances from front and back of shop, good lighting at night.

This is a clean and tidy laundromat which, at $8 for a reasonably large load (I've not even come close to maxing out), is a really good option if you're in the Werribee area. The machines take $1 coins or tokens (there is a token machine inside) and there are number of ATMs nearby, as well as a Coles and 7-eleven. Parking out front can be tricky; it's 1P and spots are limited, but if you're game KFC has a small customer car park nearby and I think there're a few places at the back of the block.

Always dirty, no signs on machines that don't work. Coin machine also stopped working at one point. Yet prices went up and dryer time also reduced. What an Fen Joke!!!

Had an issue with a washing machine, I texted the number on the sign at the laundromat and the owner got back to me straightaway to solve the matter.Really appreciate the prompt reply.Very competitive prices and love the option to pay by card giving I never carry coins / cash on me.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Well maintained.. timely serviced.. Parking is a pain but that's not something laundromat can sort out.. Wish this laundromat would be in my vicinity..

plenty of machines to chose from very clean easy to use very convenient i use the laundromat as often i can never have to wait to dry my clothes.
