Such great customer service. These people in Ultra Tune Marsden Park knows how to look after their clients from point of greeting and addressing customer’s request, during the procedure real time necessary updates and follow up.Staffs in Ultra Tune Marsden Park are one of the excellent real asset of the auto mechanic industry. Staffs are very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I give it a 4 stars instead of 5 it’s just because of the fees a bit pricey and can’t get enough discount for my two vehicles being serviced. Overall, it’s still a SUPERB Customer service experience.Love to see this guys again in Marsden Park when my vehicle needs servicing in the future.Raymond.

Went to them to with a break shutter issue and the 1st time they said I need new brakes. That did not fix it. The 2nd time they said I need new rotors. That did not fix the problem. Now they're telling me I need new rear brakes. Would not recommend them to any one as they don't carry out proper investigations

This is the second time l have used this business to service my car. Overall l am reasonably happy with the service except for two minor points. They used semi synthetic oil when the manufacturer recommends full synthetic oil. Secondly, they did not reset the service reminder on the dash.The staff are friendly and helpful so I use them again for future servicing.

First, All the issues I raised with the car was not fixed. Second, The car had to be picked up the next day as the part they ordered was wrong (they said the brake pads needed to be changed —not part of my issues with the car but fine, if they say so) which meant I won’t have a car for work the next day 6am start. Lastly, I was never informed that all the issues I raised will not be addressed. I know I have booked this car for a service that will take a few hours, but why bother asking if we have any issues with the car if none of them will be addressed anyway since they say it was only for service? And if Ultratune does not intend to address the issues at least let me know. Leaving the car there longer than intended because they had issues with the part they ordered was a real inconvenience. Totally their fault but what an inconvenience for me. And after more than 30hours with them, one would think that they have addressed the issues I raised with the car.

Average service. Not really a friendly staff. It felt like I was pulling a tooth out.Called 2 days before appointment to book an appointment, when I arrived I wasn't even listed . Told me 30 to 40 mn for pink slip . After 40 Mn came back still hadn't done anything . No apology. Not a smile ... nothing . The only moment where they were a bit warmer than a prison door was to collect payment... but gee. A smile or excuse is not going to kill... will definitely not go back ...

I did a suspension overhaul with ultra tune Marsden park, which involved replacing all 8 control arms and 2 CV joints on my Audi Q5.First of all, before visiting ultra tune, I had three mechanics/shops giving me different opinions and quotes. for eg: the first guy told me 2 CV joints and lower control arm needs replacement. second guy told me 2 CV joints and upper control arms needs replacement. the third guy gave me another combination (CV joint was common and it was evident as well). I was confused what to do. A friend referred me to Ultra tune. Ultra tune said all 8 control arms needs replacement and their quote was very competitive overall (for around 20% more than other quotes they would replace all control arms+cv joints). It was a better deal since it would have saved me another trip sometime later if i had not replaced all 8 control arms.The work was done within the promised time (he did it on the same day). He told me that some parts costed him more, but he added some discounts and matched the invoice to my initial quote. Very happy with that. Very happy with the work too, its been a year and no issues so far...

Satisfied with the work done on my Deli, not cheap but they were available during NY holidays when most workshops were closed. Hard working bunch of people and thanks for that. Had some awkward misunderstanding with the mechanic over the phone so he probably thought I'm nuts, but nevertheless did what was asked, lol. I guess it was probably my fault as English isn't my native language. Thanks again and will likely use their services again in the future.

I had a log book service for my Hyundai i30, but the service centre didn't properly examine the log book to determine the next scheduled service, which should have been accurately documented. During the service, the service representative only relied on the odometer reading and recommended a 50k service for my 2014 model car. This was disappointing as a specialised service centre should have verified the required service either from the logbook or the next service details sticker on the car, regardless of my verbal confirmation.I had to make an extra trip to the service centre to update the logbook, and this is when I realised that the service wasn't performed at the recommended km/year range. This oversight is concerning as it could have long-term impacts on my car's performance and safety. I recommend that the service centre review their quality control measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
