Always an enjoyable time there with all the great staff

PO Box system needs work, constantly receive texts to collect mail from my PO Box even though I've informed them multiple times the names on the envelopes don't belong to us. Friendly staff up the front bring the rating up to 3⭐

Always clean and well set out. Very helpful staff, happy to see you. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I had to pick up a heavy parcel- despite me asking on purchase for it to be delivered and could be left at the door. Nothing EVER gets delivered! Then upon picking it up asked for help getting it into my car, as it was 18kg and I'm 34 weeks pregnant- the RUDE old lady at the customer service replied with 'there's no men here to help', was grumbling and did not even think of it as an issue for me carrying the item! She ended up helping when I said I really needed help, much her to dismay- and was just huffing at me and really nasty the whole time. This particular lady has been rude previously as well and seriously shouldn't be on the front counter dealing with customers!!!!! Well past her expiry date.

Parcel post service at Golden Beach / Paradise Beach is in a terrible state due to Australia Post's lack of consideration to it's customers. By tradition the local store is sub branch and handles the mail. The store has changed hands but stupid A P has put the parcels in the hands of a real estate office that most people do not want to visit due to various reasons.
