Have a property inspection today....between 2 and 5 which is a little vague considering I need to get back to work. Tried calling your office 6...yes six times about an approximate time of arrival. NO reply at all. Very rude and unproffessional......F

Dealing with Richardson & Wrench Bondi Junction was a pleasant and professional experience from beginning to end. I first came across Andre when we did the initial inspection of the property we ended up purchasing. He was courteous, friendly, and just a down-to-earth person to deal with. Throughout the campaign, we had many information requests, and Andre would always be forthcoming with information and follow up in a timely manner with information as requested. He dug up everything from building inspection reports, through to checking things with the vendor and even put us in touch with neighbours. In addition to representing his vendors' interests, he did everything in his powers to make it a seamless and enjoyable experience for us as the buyers too.
