Adam's Distillery

A very cool looking establishment with modern furnishings and decor both inside and out.An impressive display of whiskies ageing in their barrels.Was here mainly for the gin and purchased the Sloe Gin and Blueberry & Lavender Gin.Looking forward to the Sloe Gin session at the upcoming Melbourne Gin Festival in March.

Finally got the chance to stop at Adam's,Super friendly staff and great atmosphere, the Gin/whiskey is awesome! Award winning and still sell at a great price. I will be back.

Great distillery. Interesting diferent casks used for their whiskys (Port, Sherry, pinot noir). Caustin was a great host!

Not only tasting whiskey, it was such a delightful experience. Don’t need to mention the quality of their whiskey, they already globally recognised as no.1. I would like to express my gratitude here to Adams for an informative speech, great to understand their half barrel technique. I strongly believe that they will tremendously grow in the next few years.

A beautiful location for a whisky or gin tasting. And the distillery is creating some unique and amazing drams. Make sure you stop by and have a sample of their current offerings.

Excellent whiskies. Enjoyed the sun filled drinking lounge. I had the intro tasting panel and enjoyed all three. We sat for ages and enjoyed our tastings. I recommend a visit if you want to pickup a great tasmanian whiskey

Called into Adam's. The Guy behind the counter was super attentive (can't remember his name). He had a great knowledge of their products, did the intro tasting for the whiskey. Then tried the ginger beer barrel aged and their coffee liqueur which gives Mr Black are run. Great venue with the fantastic Smell of barrels ageing. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Adam's recently tasting their brilliant gins and looking around their distillery, very aesthethically pleasing brewery, cellar door and the adjacent barrel makers.One of the two Adams who co-own Adams showed us around and was so passionate and generous with his time. The product is also excellent and very well priced.Advice to visitors: the owners are currently running Adams as a hobby". I use the inverted commas because it is as sophisticated an operation as you'd see anywhere. But I understand they have unpredictable opening hours so I'd advise calling ahead to see if they're around.I would highly recommend a visit."

Very commercial and impersonal feeling. Sub-par cliche gin, nothing special, but more pricy than other distilleries.
