Matthew explained the method they would use, taking great care with surrounding plants in our garden, and it all went exactly to plan. I am the resident of a neighbouring property in Bangalow, where Matthew was bringing down a huge tree, it was a beast of a thing. Given the height of this tree and the crown size, I was naturally concerned for our property, should something go wrong. It was clear very early in the process that Matthew and his team would take this very carefully and methodically. Barely a twig dropped in our yard. They worked hard to minimise the inconvenience to us and other neighbouring properties. I have no hesitation recommending Matthew and the Trunk Monk team.

Matthew and his team at Trunk Monk removed a very large Brazilian tree that we loved so much but had to go. They were so prompt & efficient as a team which was great to watch. Trunk Munk were very professional and did a great job pruning some large branches off some large gum trees. They understood the scope and were great to communicate with and I was very happy with the work done. I definitely would recommend them and will use them again if I need any further arborist work in the future.

Matthew is very responsive to phone inquiries and despite being very busy manages to fit you into his schedule quickly.He has been to my place twice. The first time Matthew and his co- worker spent all day getting rid of dead coral trees and then chipping them into lovely piles of mulch. One of the trees was a huge old tree that was threatening to fall on my shed. He skilfully brought it down without any damage.The second visit was a half day this morning.He climbed a huge dead gum tree and removed all the limbs so they were no longer a danger. He then brought down a fair chunk of trunk but left a nice portion of it standing as a wildlife habitat This tree was struck by lightning years ago and has dropped many very heavy branches. Always a worry to walk near it and it would have demolished my shed if it came down.Matthew showed great skill and takes pride in his work. Although he is a fairly young man both his grandfathers were experienced tree loppers and it appears to run in the family.He shows great professionalism , is safety conscious and very careful .He is courteous and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely call him again next time I need tree lopping done and recommend him highly.
