Heaps of parking, smaller store, always clean. Friendly and helpful staff

Someone else in the reviews said that they can never get a full list of ingredients. This is TRUE. Because my gym is next to it, I always give it a chance because it prevents me having to stop somewhere else. They are always out of something. Always! Most of the time they are out of 2 or 3 things. I always have to stop somewhere else, and low and behold, the other place has everything I need. Why can't this place just be like the other places. Why are they especially bad at having their shelves stocked?

Very good prices friendly and helpful staff ,the trolleys are easy to get to.

A couple days ago I approached store manager with a question about the current promotion. At one point, she accused me of lying (in front of the customers and staff that staff in a loud voice) that someone from the store could provide me with the information I approached her for. It was a situation I do not want to go through again. After this experience, I will do my best to avoid this store.

Actually we were at the vets in the same centre, Peter saved my little girl, again, I have been to the Coles though & it's fine, but the car park is a nightmare, don't even think of trying to get a park there within 30 min either side of school drop off & pick up, trust me on that.

Smaller stores always have a limited range of products, but Ferny Grove makes up for it with plenty of available parking, good facilities and lovely service!

Extremely disappointed in your false advertising. The web said you were open at 7am today even though it is a public holiday. I drive a long way to get there only to find the store is closed till 9am. If you can’t keep the web site up to date then you shouldn’t have a web site. This does not show any respect for your loyal customers.

A smaller Coles supermarket by normal standards. It feels and looks a little old and dated, but is pretty convenient if you happen to live in the immediate area. I found that the staff were pretty cheery and helpful. I personally find Coles a little on the expensive side compared to Woolworths but you can still find a bargain or three if you are price savvy and know what to look for. Parking and access. There is a underground car park I think the clearance is around 1.8m so not suitable for large 4wds with roof racks attached. Also a very small car park near the outside of the coles entrance but in peak periods it's pretty much impossible to get a park in this area. However there is plenty of street parking around the complex. Unless you get a park out front, wheelchair access is a little limited. I do think there is a small elevator from the underground carpark. other than that there is ramp access from the car park if you don't mind the multi level walk with an armload of grocery items. This store does adhere to Covid 19 protocols with spacing markers in the cash register areas.

Reasonable supermarket tucked away in a small, suburban shopping complex. Is starting to look a bit dated. Has plenty of underground parking. Nothing has changed since my last review of this place.
