Rented a GoPro hero 9 for our day on the reef snorkeling/diving. The process was easy, smooth and stress free.Calypso was professional / helpful. We thought we had lost our video footage on our SD card but it was just a technical difficulty on our part (oops). The lady in the shop helped us solve the issue in a matter of seconds - what a relief! Would definitely recommend.

You had one job! The GoPro was working fine, but I was shocked about the quality afterwards. It was only 1080p and there was no video stabilisation. I expect a lot more from a GoPro.

Stuart is amazing and was very gracious in helping me rent a nice rig to use for Fitzroy Island and a live aboard trip in May 2019- very patient and helpful indeed. I look forward to returning this year at the same time! Great Service. I highly recommend this shop.

I rented a GoPro Hero7 black from them to get high quality footage of the Great Barrier reef. They provided me with excellent customer service and instructions on how to operate and get the best footage out of the camera. Absolutely would reccomend!
