Amazing friendly atmosphere. Wanted to strengthen weak hip flex's and core. In a short time I have seen improvement to supporting my gym and ballroom dancing stability and flexibilty. Highly recommend.

I can say with absolutely certainty that anyone coming here is going to receive the best service out there! Paul is professional, Knowledgeable, friendly and funny!I have been working with Paul since February of this year! My results have been significant and constant. You really get in what you put in with Paul’s coaching. He is always there for you when you need him with advice and check ins!Also the gym itself is packed with everything you need. It’s clean, well stocked and welcoming!

Omg, I LOVE coming here and there are multiple services in one!! Group classes, PT sessions, waxing and professional and reliable staff too!! I've been coming here for almost 15 years now and each visit gets better. Prompt, superb, friendly, approachable and beyond great value for classes, sessions and waxing. As a nurse, my time is precious both on and off duty, so to have multiple services in one spot that are time efficient and reliable is priceless. It doesn't get better. Spread the word. Don't believe me? Come and try for yourself!!

I felt completely at home at Body N Beauty Wellness after completing my first pilates session! Even though I’m a complete beginner and only doing this to aid my flexibility at football I never felt like a beginner! Could not recommend any higher.

What a sensational place!I am a bit of a perfectionist, and have being visiting Linda for my eyebrow tint and wax, and my lash tints, and nothing is too much trouble for her beautiful nurturing nature.I've recently also started pilates with Paul, and have absolutely loved it. The music creates a space for calming the mind, while the activities strengthen and lengthen the body. I go home feeling both relaxed and energised.For your body and beauty, I highly recommend these two lovely souls!
