Petstock Campbelltown

I attended Petstock Campbeltown, In Campbeltown Mall, on Monday and went to the counter to enquirer if the store had any dog fly spray in stock. The young girl behind the counter in the pink t-shirt said “no I’m sorry, it is still not in stock” I said no problems, could she suggest any other products to keep the flys away from my dog. She proceeded to advise of a paste like mixture I could make up to put on my dog’s ear (very nice of her) I said “no my dog doesn’t have any problems with her ears” she said well where ever the dog had a sore put it on that. I said no “I’m sorry your not listening, my dog doesn’t have any sores, the flys are just attracted to her because I believe,”with this, not even letting me finish my sentence, she starts to turn away Thankyou bye with a dismissal smirk.SO RUDE !If she would take the time to listen to the customer and let them finish the sentence, maybe she would understand my dog is an older, clean large Italian Sheep Dog. With no open sores.I had heard that there is some type of fly spray to keep the flys off of the dogs.Her rudeness and lack of listening to customers may cause this store to loose business, or give customers incorrect products.I did go back into the store and told her. I found the way she treated me to be rude and the lack of listening skills, bad for business. She said ok sorry, thank you bye. I said yes rude like again.I do not recommend this store.As this staff member definitely has no listening skills and clearly does not care about the customers needs.A bit of politeness goes along way, and people would come back, even if they don’t have a suitable product in stock. This staff member clearly doesn’t care.I understand she is young, my husband and I owned a business for over 10 years, if we had a staff member like this we definitely would have gone out of business.

Sammy had a great groom, and he smells fantastic! The staff were friendly, understanding and pleasant to deal with. Thanks ☺️

My little scruffy Phoebe came out looking absolutely gorgeous. Well done team. Very reasonably priced too. Will go back again.

Great place I had my German Shepherd washed and groomed and the groomer did a fantastic job on him and the price was very good. I will be back.

Let's go with the good 1st..My dog Bodhi been groomed so nicely by staff kissa or someone similar to that name.. Absolutely recommend .She is very professional, down to earth,polite and got great skills.My dog looks so fabulous...5 star for her job...Now let's come to the disappointing part.The lady staff called jasmine....I found her very rude.....I was with my 4 months old infant in the pram and she is blocking and standing on middle of the way to saloon area even after seeing us..I need to ask her politely to get access .Not only that she also told me my dog is my responsibility and all.Found her very unkind to the people and pets.Definately need a training how to serve the customers .1 rating for the behaviour.

Laughable that people think there is quality service there. Or maybe since my last visit they have hired new staff
