Very happy with the service we received when hiring some items over the weekend. I'm new to hiring anything, and will admit, a little clueless when I was trying to describe the items I wanted. The gentleman was very patient and helpful on the phone, as well as the staff onsite when we collected the items. Will recommend Belgrove Hire to anyone, and look forward to using the service again in the future

Have used Belgrove many times for all sorts of equipment and always been happy. They've got a huge range of equipment to hire and are well priced. Service has always been excellent too. I wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend them. Great local business!

You know, I have a mullet and wear moccas but... I'm not a real bloke, I don't own a trailer and I can't do a truckie's knot. Good thing is, I can get down to Gravel Pits Rd and the good folk at Belgrove Hire can hire me a sturdy trailer at a pretty decent price, and there's no judgement just friendly helpfulness.

Whilst they did deliver the hire we required, I was not given a confirmation of our order until after the event, so we had to trust that they had our reservation secured. The man on the phone who doesn't give his name, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Told me 'This job has been a pain from the beginning'. Hmmm we were just trying to communicate they best way to access the site. There is a very helpful and efficient woman there, my advice is if you ring and get her, continue. If you don't, hang up.

As the owners of a new small excavation business in Geelong, my partner and I have been looking for an equipment hire company to work with. We came across Belgrove Hire and thought we'd try them first. We are very thankful we did, and don't think we'll be going anywhere else now. Hired a stump grinder, was very blunt and slow. When mentioned upon return they offered no care or concern just said we should have mentioned on pickup. It was presented as ready to go, poor form from an equipment supplier would not hire it again.

Appalled with the rudeness of the guy who took my call today, a little bit of common courtesy and polite phone manner go along way. Laughing at your possible customers because they dont know the exact details of YOUR product, really nice.
