I saw Christiana for a reiki session and, wow, what a transformational experience it was! Christiana really took the time to listen to my needs and really ensured that she nurtured those needs throughout the entire session. Her energy is so calming and safe and I knew I was in very capable hands. I felt some positive shifts happening during the session and even in the next 2 weeks that followed. I can’t wait to go back for a follow up session. I cannot rate Christiana highly enough!

Had the most incredible experience with Christiana last week. I have been seeing her for many years for massage and yoga, but this time was my first Ka Huna with her. Wow what an amazing and moving journey it was. Christiana made me feel so comfortable, loved and nurtured and helped me move through some emotions and experiences that have been trapped deep down for so long causing toxicity. I wept afterwards and felt lighter and freer in body and spirit than I have felt in a long time. Many of these emotions continued to come up for days later but I was able to give them the space they needed and process them, rather than pushing them back down again. Cannot recommend Christiana and the Ka Huna massage enough. Do yourself and your soul a favour and experience this!
