Great customer service and best mats I have trained on.

I have watched my instructor patiently wait for almost a year to receive the mats and have them installed. The apathy and complacency this company has shown towards him is ridiculous. It has been horrendous to watch the process as they endlessly make errors and are very slow to remedy them. The original mat delivery and install was in May and the wrong number of mats was ordered and delivered. When they arrived to install the remaining mats again they were not right. We are in August now and he is still waiting. The customer service team takes absolutely no responsibility and despite payments already being received, customers are met with the total disregard. I would make a lower rating if I could.
