Bond clean was not up to RTA standards. Cleaning residual left on walls. Missed quite a few spots to clean on walls/doors. Carpets were not cleaned properly, used some poor excuse that carpets were heavily stained. Blamed their staff for the poor job, can't accept responsibility for their own company. Please do not use!! Waste of $900!

I strongly recommend them. I needed to do a bond clean in my unit. So, I contracted them to do it for me and I have no regrets about that. As a result of a great job, I have my bond money back.

DO NOT EVER GET THIS BUSINESS TO DO A BOND CLEAN!!!I am a property manager on the Gold Coast and recently engaged this company to do a bond clean on behalf of one of my tenants I was quoted $481 by text as confirmation for the job which was to include carpet as well. The tenants were asked to pay a $50 deposit which I was not happy about but they went ahead and did it. on the day of the bond clean they received a phone cool to say they had now inspected the property and it was going to cost another $300 to do the job because it needed more detail than expected. Funny I thought all bond cleans were the same standard! By the way this bond clean was for a 65 m² two bedroom apartment …ridiculous amount of money. The tenants were in an awkward position because they had to get the bond clean that day so they had no choice to pay the extra money which the company demanded they pay upfront before they even started the job! Again, not acceptable!!! Job finished we went to inspect and find they have not cleaned out the fridge or the microwave in the apartment and finally enough uncontactable!!!The tenants had to turn around and clean these two items themselves on top of spending $680 on this ridiculously small bond clean. This company should not be allowed to conduct business on the Gold Coast at all they should be closed down immediately!!! I am going to the office of fair trading after this. …..absolute scammers!!!!!

I Called Gold Coast Budget Bond Cleaning Services and booked in they performed my exit house clean as my lease was ending they offered a great price and included my carpet for just $60 at first I was a little concerned however after they had finished cleaning our rental agent was absolutely delighted with their clean I recommend Budget Bond Cleaning Services for their politeness and work ethics including the most affordable reputable company on the Gold Coast 5 stars is just a small amount of gratitude for such a well-performed easy service.
