Unfortunately I had used this company under the assumption of the glossy bio on their web page.Had a rep attend a site prior for a pool excavation 14 days ago, while it would be difficult to determine and quote I was under the impression that it wouldn't be unrealistic as it had become.During the site visit prior to the excavation, I was informed that I should drain some of the content into the sewage (illegal) as it must go to stormwater as per council requirements. (Very unprofessional Paul)Was informed of the potential cost... But there must be some inflation somewhere, I'm aware of a minimum" cost however 2 hours of onsite pumping doesn't equate 7 hoursEven before I've seen the invoice / bill these cowboys have debit my credit card before I could contest the bill for being excessive as a year ago I used Lees liquid waste and with a considerable amount more water cost me $900 less than these.Use Lee's Liquid waste... Much easier and cheaper."
