New owner Tammy is wonderful, she’s attentive and strives to please her customers by always getting ironing and dry cleaning in perfect condition and on time

I used their laundry/dry cleaner to get my suit dried for a very important job interview. I turned up to pick up my suit the day before the interview and the dry cleaning was shut. I called Ross who was rude, and very unhelpful saying that he wouldn't come in and open (even though it should be open until 17:30 and this was 16:00) I've now had to go and buy a new suit and shirt. Disgraceful behavour and very unhelpful. Stay well away from scum like this.

Don't bother going. Found a blouse damaged. Owner tells you to leave it with him so he can check. It's been 3 weeks. Blocks your calls, hangs up when he realises who it is.

We take our shirts here to get washed and pressed every week. Reasonable prices, the ladies are lovely and opening hours are great.

I’ve been coming here for years and always had a great experience but recently they’ve really dropped the ball. I took my rug to be cleaned and they accidentally burnt it. They were incredibly apologetic and gave me a full refund but still. I tried to get my blazer dry cleaned and they have now changed their processes so you can only pick up on two days per week, the other days are now drop off only, which I doubt would work with anyone’s life schedules and certainly not mine. Really disappointing as they used to be great.

I’ve been coming to this place for eight years and get my shirts washed and ironed and dry cleaning. I have never had an issue at all ever. Tammy remembers my name between visits. Costs are low. I never read google for it before as it’s so close but due corona looked for phone number and saw review which was unfairly low.

Dishonest and rude. They don't bother to clean something, they simply wrap it in plastic and pretend they did. When you call them on it, they deny it and stumble on their words. Don't waste your money or energy going here.

Got my new limited edition Witchery’s blouse damaged after dry cleaning which I’ve worn only once. Called up the rude boss ( Ros) after advices by the ladies in the shop. Ros asked me to put the blouse in the shop and he would come to the shop on that afternoon to figure it out. After one day, no news from him , we called him back . He said he would ring us back after he checked the blouse . But we didn’t hear anything from him for two weeks and all our calls went to voicemail instantly , we tried using another phone to call and he immediately picked up, so we strongly suspect he has blocked us. In short , blouse got damaged , refused to sort it out for two weeks and blocked our phone number!! Does this kind of service deserve any customers at all ??

The new owner, Tammy was friendly and helpful. If you need an thoughtful advice for your alteration. She will help you out a lot. Ironing service is always good and on time.
