I had the most wonderful experience at The Lab last week, I received the best customer service from the beautiful Telisa, who talked me through fixing my brows and was so patient and kind. My brows look the best they have ever looked and just in time for my wedding! I will continue to tell my friends and family about Telisa and The Lab. 10/10 xx

The only place I trust to get my brows done. The girls here are so wonderful and approachable! I always feel welcome at every appointment and I always leave my appointments feeling amazing, and this is purely due to the positive vibes and perfect customer service from the girls. The owner however, is absolutely amazing and professional at the highest standard. She is skilled, knowledgeable, patient, and always has her customers feeling very satisfied with the service. Not only does she do amazing brows, her customer service is perfectly professional. What I really value about her is that aswell as providing her service of eyebrows and skin, she will always take time out of her busy day to have a chat, hear how you’re going and always offers an ear to listen. A very kind hearted business woman. This is what makes the lab amazing!

The absolute hands down best facial I have had. Sianne, Zoe & the girls made me feel SO at home when I was having a really bad breakout and the enzyme facial basically healed a lot of the problems I was having. I'm considering doing trips from the central coast to Canberra to get my skin done as it was such an incredible experience. Not to mention the eye to detail that the Lab has produced with a beautiful showroom, headphones with guided meditation and more. Cannot wait to go back! x

After a brief online discussion into their treatments, I visited instore for some in person advice. Sianne, who I had contacted online, met me in-store and discussed the best option for my eye brow situation and solution. Her wonderful help resulted in an eyebrow tint service then and there - which I did not expect to have happen without having any set booking. Very friendly, professional and confident service. The technicians are awesome but the owner needs to work on her customer service skills. Arrived today at the wrong time, totally my error, instead of giving me time to sort out work so I could wait half an hour, my appointment was instead given away to someone on the cancellation list while I was sitting there. When I questioned this, I was accused of abusing the staff member!!! Frustration is not abuse! As a long time customer a little understanding and customer loyalty/flexibility would go a long way. Especially for the prices that are charged! This customer is a customer no longer.

Treat yourself and visit THE LAB! The loveliest girls Canberra has to offer, a stylish shop and most important - incredible brows! :) Coming here is the perfect time-out / me-time experience we all need very now and then.

The Lab staff make you feel like this is ‘home away from home’. Super welcoming, masters at what they do and I love being a client here.

Had my first experience with The Lab today. They were absolutely wonderful!Informative. Caring. Careful. Skilled. All that was wonderful in itself but it was also done in a soothing and modern environment but what really really impressed me was the culture. I could hear conversations that demonstrated real connection with many customers while I was there and it was clear to me from the moment I walked in that every lady In the salon felt beautiful enough to be there no matter what their age, shape or size.My congratulations to the staff and the owners for such a beautiful and well deployed concept.

Went to wax and tint my brows but I didn’t honestly like it. I went there after recommended by one of my friends and my experience was not satisfactory. They didn’t really even up my brows and left it uneven and thick and did the tinting afterwards. I don’t think I would go again. But, the ambience is so relaxing and the customer service was amazing.
