Honestly horrible service from the manager, if I could I’d give it a 0. Manager screamed at purple haired lady when I was there in November, only now just got over the fact of how rude this man was and finally found a good place to leave a review for all people to know. The fact that when I was there they didn’t even have locals working! Just random staff that were from Adelaide trying their best. Honestly great customer service and people are trying their best to make a living. I love going in to talk to the staff but I won’t support the company at all!

I was coming back from perth and thought could grab a bite to eat , ordered porterhouse steak, it was cooked just like the way i want , it was delicious and presentation was nice as well. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars customer service need to be a bit better.

Customer service definitely hasn’t improved, Was served by Mark and I get that we are all busy however if you choose to work in customer service then please put some emphasis on the service part! Oh I was so upset with his service that I almost forgot to mention that he only filled my coffee half way, you need to have a chat with Mark OTR!
