I am a patient in WA and get a portion of my medication dispensed at Bentleigh and shipped to me. I have always been looked after completely, with very helpful and friendly staff. I typically speak with Chris (sp? Sorry the lovely lady!) Who always is happy to help answer all my queries, sends through my pharmacy receipts when I forget to request them, understands if I get a bit muddled on my scripts and is always so happy and kind! I have my fingers crossed I get her every time i call. She's incredible, don't ever let her leave! Ahaha

Avoid chemist at all cost. I would not recommend. They had no idea how to use MySL and I even had to call the technical support and they still could not use the national database. I encountered so many problems with this pharmastic, they also use out of date technology if they can't use MySL which is an additional feature in their technology and it does not require any authorisation from head office and no you do not need to use a QR code to access. It was really frustrating dealing with these people.

Great staff! Very reliable and efficient service!! Never had a single problem, they have a full stock of cannatrex products open 365 days of the year until 10pm even better!!! high recommended.. very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Highly RELIABLE pharmacy. Predictably open 365 days, 8:30 am to 10 pm and they carry everything which takes the stress out of buying any baby medication ahead of public holidays or such. Sure, they’re slightly dearer than discount chemists but that is to be expected and frankly, if I can afford to live in Bentleigh, I can afford to pay their prices. I haven’t had any service issues thus far either.

The team is supportive, caring, and friendly.A big shoutout to Chris for going above and beyond and answering all my questions with great detail. amazing customer service, called ahead Of a delivery and was able to come collect my medication that day. Really friendly staff, definitely come here for sor ipts if you are near by!

The pharmacy assistant was so sluggish. I went to the shop at 9:35PM. The woman was playing her mobile phone and did not say anything to me. I waited there while she played mobile phone for about 5 minutes. The she walked to talk with the pharmacist for a while. After all these, she came to me and collected my script. The service is so terrible. Strongly suggested not go to there.

BE WARNED they will take your money and block your number, this company is a scamnote how they only respond to 5 star comments or if they respond to low rating it's with a facetious sarcastic reply.this company doesn't care about you beyond ripping you off, they they're going to put you on a Do Not Respond list and run away with you're money
