Contacted Lynne on the phone for a quote. She seemed interested initially and once details of the job were sent across they have become unresponsive and uninterested.Better take your business to somewhere that may actually want to help

Had the deck completed this week by balustrade 1 and it was all organised over the phone so it was a bit of a leap of faith. When I got to the property I was blown away by the job they did! The quality and workmanship is A1 and we can now enjoy the summer. Easy to deal with and very professional. Thank you!

Recently my elderly parents had steel balustrade installed on their deck in McCrae. We are so impressed with the fabulous service received from Balustrade 1 from our first point of contact with Lynne to the final installation of the balustrade by two very competent and efficient tradesmen.
