Very satisfied with the service from M Property and especially Tammy Smith - Senior Property Manager. We have had three rental properties over many years and have always been extremely happy with communications and professionalism from Tammy. We have also been pleased with the process of selecting tenants.

Agent informed us we had been approved and successful in our rental application for a property. We withdrew from other potential properties to then have a delayed response and be informed they had us down as backup to another applicants.Very shady indeed

My partner and I had Nicola as our Property Manager for our rental that we stayed the last 18 months in. After countless previous rentals with terrible managers (different companies) Nicola was absolutely amazing! If there was ever an issue it would be quickly solved with great communication - she and the team never left us in the dark. She made us feel comfortable in our rental and never talked down to us. If we ever were renting again I would purposely rent a property from M Property and Nicola!TLDR; amazing company to rent from and I’m sure amazing to help rent out your property!

Adding onto previous review, M Property recently sold our investment unit that they had managed for 12 years. Nick Chua handled the sale and did very well in getting us the price we had hoped for. He was very patient and worked with us and our tenant to best market the property. Nick and all of the team at M Property have really looked after us.Our property manager Deanne has always provided excellent service and looked after our units very well. Even when we had unfortunate circumstances with a lot of damage inflicted by the tenants, the end result was very favourable for us and we didn't lose anything. We have been with M Property for 10 years now and can highly recommend the business and our manager Deanne.
