I've been seeing Matt for the last 2 years and he has helped me completely change my life for the better. When I firstly started seeing Matt, I was quite broken and he has helped shape the way of putting myself back together again. Matt's not like other counsellors I've been too, it's like talking to a mate and he makes the sessions really comfortable and challenges me to look inside myself. With all honesty I can say I would not be here today with out Matt. Thank you for all you have done.
