Udip served me today on 13/1/23 at Tuggeranong. I can wholly recommend him for your mobile needs. He was very helpful, patient and honest to deal with.

Excellent service experience at the mobile company Tuggeranong. Aman genuinely looked after me and I left feeling very happy. The only place I would go to have a phone fixed.

I took in my phone because the glass around the camera had broken, so I asked them to repair it. They replaced the glass and they had informed me that they could not remove any of the dust/glass that had shattered onto the camera lenses, which was understandable so I asked for a replacement part of all the camera lenses also.When the part came in, they didn't tell me until I turned up that they had received the wrong part, so I then had to wait until the correct part was delivered.After finally taking it in for what I hoped was the last repair, I found out that one of the camera lenses was not working and was too blurry to function, so I took it back and they used ANOTHER replacement lens and there were STILL issues.I finally went back and brought my original camera lens to prove there was never any issue with the camera originally, that I just wanted to remove the dust.This is why I rated them one star. Udip was actually very rude in his attitude and began making statements and claims that were untrue, telling me I told him the original camera lenses were broken. So I told him to put in the old camera lens so I could prove that was not true.When he did and it was working perfectly, he then began making other claims and said I stated other things that I did not. I have actually never received customer service that was this poor and rude to a customer.In the end, I walked away without accepting or asking for a refund as that was not the reason for my complaint here.You are better avoiding the poor customer service and repair quality (after two supplied lenses that I paid for did not work, I ended up using my own lens but had still paid for their one).Better off with another repairer in my opinion. My wife also saw Udip drop another customers phone whilst she was picking up my phone for me.

I had a huge stressful day replacing my phone. Once it was done. I dropped my phone off to the mobile company. They got my broken phone working and smart switched and set up my new phone. I just left it with them and they recovered my all of my apps/photoes/ everything.That team is trust worthy and smart team. Ill be back. Also very affordable. High five. Thank you tram.
