Amazing customer service! Dutch was super helpful not only at the shop but on delivery and installation. Can’t recommend these guys enough

We went to their shop and they said that they will send someone to measure and see what fits best! They didn’t come. Now we trying to call to ask if they can come and they keep telling us they will call us back. Haven’t called us back. Really bad service!

They promised a good work with a border and did not deliver what they promised of doing. Time frame was very bad mentioned that it will take 2 weeks but took them 4 to 5 weeks to deliver it. I don't recommend anyone to go and do picture or painting framing there. Its very disappointing specially you pay for something and dont get what you were promised, the frame with that picture actually look cheap, I would rather had not paid that much for the job that was done.

So I built a new townhouse and the builder mixed up installing 2 windows in the wrong position, both of the same sizes. I had emailed another Glass company based in Coburg. After a few emails asking for details they never got back to me. When I finally called and explained what I wanted, all I got was 100 excuses of why they didn't get back to me with either a yes or no and then he managed to say an approximate cost would be $1200. Called Barkly glass told them what I wanted (to swap the 2 windows around). Rob came the next day, took 1 look, and 10 minutes later swapped both windows around, all for just the service call of $88. Rob/Dutch, thank you so much you guys are legends. Don't waste your time with any other company- if you need anything glass or window related call these guys straight away!

Poor communication and a job which was quoted to be done in 2 weeks turned into 2 months. Had to be chased up repeatedly to get anything to happen. The work was good although now I am unable to open one side of my sliding door due to the caulk which they said I would be able to dislodge with a good enough push but no luck.

Friendly, quality and reliable service! Definitely recommend Barkly Glass.

Needed a small piece of frosted glass cut for a part that broke on kitchen range hood. They did it straight away and charged a reasonable price.

I ordered a basic glass cabinet 5 months ago and their team assured me it would be ready within approximately 8-10 business days. Instead, I was left to follow up numerous times throughout the last 5 months, only to be told each time it would “be ready by the end of the week”. Whilst I appreciate that materials shortages are affecting many industries and things can take are taking a lot longer, it was deeply concerning to experience firsthand the lack of communication, transparency and basic service from these guys. When I finally had enough and visited in-store to request a refund, the staff were not even aware of my order. I also waited 3 weeks for my refund to come through. If you are willing to look past all of the above, I’d say this part certainly speaks for itself. Don’t waste your time with this place.

I have had five jobs now with Barkly Glass, including a curved glass dining table top which was measured and fitted perfectly. Great price, great installation and great customer service. Nothing is a problem for them. Dutch and Robbie were just terrific. Thank you.
