Almost as it was, but yet the staff aren't as experienced as those who were here years back wjen it first vame to Bendigo. They don't know as much about tools, materials and or the how's, why's and what-not's to understand the kinds of jobs customers are doing in otder to assist or locate further exras within the store. If more knowledge or knowledgeable staff were brought in this would surely raise the rating to its former glory. All the best here on Bendigo Bunnings. You are greatly needed here.

The Kangaroo flat location has the best customer service I’ve ever received at a Bunnings!!We went in and spent $1000 on kitchen/bathroom/flooring equipment and a staff member named Chanelle was fantastic. She had a great knowledge of the products on offer and was super efficient and friendly.Counter staff at checkout, Cheryl and Jodie were also super friendly and helpful.Will return for sure!

First time at this location that I needed assistance getting timber cut. Not crowded or busy. I asked for help from two team members who were sitting at the trade exit gate but they made no move to assist or get the assistance I needed. Business lost.

We arrived just before the cafe closed, about 5/10 minutes to go. I ordered a medium 1/2 strength latte and, when I received it, it was less than 1/2 full. The top of the latte was all froth. Definitely not a good service received.
