Original: We've really enjoyed Learn To Swim, and their pleasant staff. We've attended several terms there, and have been pleased with the service.Update: We have been attending lessons there for years now, and we are still very happy. We seen several staff member changes, and younger members come up. It still remains a good community where respect and safety are priorities.

Quality teaching and lots of class times to choose from. It's one of the few places that will take babies from 3 months. The pool is salt water which is much better for their lungs. Our daughter has been going from 3 months and is now nearly 4yo and we are still very happy.

This place is amazing. As an adult learning to swim it can be very intimidating getting into the pool. The staff and instructor's here are wonderful and supportive, even with my non existent skill and zero confidence in the water they where able to help me step by step to build up the basics and help me towards my swimming goals. 10/10.

My dd was phobic of being in water right from head baths to beach fun; she would cry murder. I was very anxious when I enrolled her into swim lessons but my anxiety was put to rest when i witnessed the first swim class she had with her instructor Emily. Emily is very patient and encouraging. She makes swim lessons fun for the kids and keeps them interested and engaged in it... My DD loves attending swim lessons now! Thanks for building up her confidence slowly and hope to see my dd eventually graduate into swimming without any fear in the sea too!

Indoor pool with friendly professional instructors. Very organised and structured lessons. After 2 terms of lessons our children have had a noticeable improvement in their skills.

A gem of a place for kids to learn swimming while having fun. Two very happy kids in the summer holiday program and couldn’t be happier with the progress and smiles on the kids faces. Seeing the children develop into confident and competent swimmers in a week is very satisfying. My reluctant kids now cannot wait for the class very day. Raff and Linus are amazing teachers.

Extremely friendly family environment, really helpful and caring staff, making it a very conducive learning and fun experience for the little ones to pick up a crucial life skill.

I’m extremely disappointed in Learn To Swim’s lack of sympathetic awareness and empathy. My sons last swimming lesson for the semester falls on the same day as my grandfathers funeral - I enquired about changing his last lesson to another day and the request was flatly refused.I am fully aware that your website stipulates “no make up lessons” - however, I absolutely disagree with the lack of understanding and flexibility provided to your clients.

I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Learn to Swim. Both of my children have been attending classes there for a year, but I have had an issue with the youngest child. I feel like we were pressured into lower level classes and using weekend time slots as leverage to control enrolment. To make matters worse, they have contradicted their own direct marketing outlining age groups and entry requirements for classes. Honestly, it seems that they are more interested in making money than helping children learn how to swim.Furthermore, I followed up on their recommendation and enrolled my daughter in their transitioning classes so that she could progress to the pre-kinder classes. Although my daughter met all the requirements, I was then told that she could only attend the correct class on a weekday rather than on the weekend. This is completely unacceptable. There doesn't seem to be an appropriate contact to put a complaint into, which makes me feel like they don't care about their customers. I am extremely unsatisfied with the attitude and lack of delivery on the information provided in their own promotional materials.Overall, my experience with Learn to Swim has been extremely negative, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy swim school.

The coach there is very nice. What annoyed me is Since they don’t do refund for the missing classes, so I sent email to ask for the make-up lesson, they just saying book online while there was no available date at all. (Even I kept checking almost every week before the term ends).
