Just done an upgrade ? On the store not sure that i like it but noticed prices have gone up on a lot of items since upgrade guess they have to pay fir it somehow

This Coles is in dire need of a renovation. Everything feels so outdated and old. The fresh food section is dark and cramped, and the bakery area is tiny.It's in a great location, but it's time for a makeover.

I find coles heritage to be lovely and bright when you enter. Everything is well placed/easy to find. There is plenty of signs around to help people who are unfamiliar with the store. They sell very fresh produce, reasonably priced and also have lots of other items to purchase. Staff are also lovely, and happy to help/answer any question.

I have been shopping here for about 5+ years and I’ve been holding off on a negative review as everyone is and has been amazing with customer service except when I’ve dealt with or been served by Ashlee who is very abrupt and downright rude. She makes ones shopping experience awkward or should I say uncomfortable but I’m not about to shift because of one person.Ashlee please try working in your customer service skills, everyone else thank you for making my years of shopping here so great :)

Not bad, but if you are going to force people through self service, cash or card payments have to be equal. Some of us still use cash

Went to this Coles for first time and was served by Sue and she is incredibly rude and barely equipped with skills to work in customer service! This ruined my whole shopping experience and I will never be visiting this Coles again!

Easy to park and shop. Very friendly staff. I've been looking for a replacement rose scent room deodoriser from these guys for a year. Every batch of new product smells not like roses". The original was perfect and smelled wonderful. Not sure what changed but it's not as good. I shall keep waiting. I stop here every couple of months and check. Coffee has got better"
