Come in here whenever I am at the shopping centre, most of the staff are lovely, food and drink are always great and there is a good range of options for food and drink. The tall young man makes a beautiful coffee!

I felt like something to eat that was a bit upmarket from the usual fare offered at the shopping centre. I chose Flow Cafe and I was not disappointed.Even though it was busy, I received a friendly smile and professional service from both the ladies working on the till, and serving my meal.I had the Mediterranean Vegetable Stack. Wow what a nice surprise that was! And a very generous serve. Freshly cooked and raw vegetables. The charred lemon half to squeeze over the top was a nice touch.I will be back. Well done people!

We usually dine in for lunch but due to an incapacity we had our meal delivered.. Absolutely amazing food, awesome fresh salad. The fries are to die for and the chicken schnitzel cooked perfectly with a fantastic crispy breaded coating. Our meal arrived via Menulog in good time and was still hot when we received it. Will definitely order again..

I have never had a bad meal here! Brilliant menu with a lot of variety and generous serving sizes. Staff have always been friendly to me and the cakes are delicious. I highly recommend the lemon meringue pie!!

Had breakfast there this morning my eggs Benedict wasn't eatable toast was rock hard salmon was dry and rubbery, got told the that how there salmon comes in. Why put it on a plate then ?? Only reason it should be like that is if it's old or not stored properly. My husband asked for no eggs on his meal came with eggs still and bacon that over cooked a dry that you could eat it. Waste of over $80 won't be back

crumbed chicken burger was disgusting tough meat,had hint of fish taste, possible oil due for a change , I do not like seafood.staff will pass it on, usually very pleasant to dine there, only takes one poor food serving.

It was prob the only cafe we were frequenting while living in Caboolture. I especially love their caramel and blueberry cheesecake. So creamy and decadent, but not overly sweet or heavy. As for their coffee, I must say most of the times it was pretty good, but not thoroughly consistent. And their customer service was good in general, with a few staff members being really friendly and nice and we really enjoyed their service. While there were also one or two people we found a bit arrogant and rude at times.
