I had Jessica assist me today with some charms and earrings and wow what amazing customer service!! She went over and beyond wrapping them all up so nicely and individually as they were all gifts, she did so with a smile and was just so cheerful. Thanks Jessica!

Bought some bracelets for Christmas pressies for sisters at Pandoras Glen, but went back to exchange one item. This lady named K, approached me and asked what she can help me with, i told her i want to exchange a charm but she said to wait a moment.. but after that she left me waiting and already serving someone else. I want to thank this saleslady named Winnie who came to my rescue, helped me and ended up buying more..happily. That K. deserves no star at all service-wise.

Went to Pandora at The Glen today, worst experience ever, staff has no idea where the stuff are, one trainee with one experience staff, that trainee knew nothing and was trying to get the other girl to help and she did nothing! Very disappointing makes me regret being a Pandora lover!!! Poor poor service at The Glen!!!!

I came in on Friday to purchase a gift for my sister's Deb, and was served by the lovely Angela. She provided outstanding service, although the charm I initially wanted was out of stock, Angela provided me with multiple options which turned out to be more suited to what I envisioned. I hope she is being recognised for her efforts, will come back to her again.

I recently visited Pandora The Glen to have my charms and earrings cleaned. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. After leaving my 12 charms and 3 earrings at the store, I was shocked to find out that they had lost one of my Pandora charms when I went to pick them up.To make matters worse, the manager Chiara did not take any responsibility for the mishap and instead claimed that the loss was due to a miscount. This excuse was simply not acceptable as the lady had counted the charms in front of me three times. I was extremely disappointed that the manager didn't even apologize for the loss and failed to offer any solution to the problem.Despite my request for a call back, I received no communication from the store the following day. I had to make the effort to reach out to them, only to find out that the manager Chiara was not even present. The lack of respect for clients and their possessions was simply unacceptable.It is evident that the store lacks adequate customer service skills and fails to take responsibility for their mistakes. Losing one of my charms that held a sentimental value was a huge blow, and the store's poor response only added to my frustration. I would not recommend anyone to visit Pandora The Glen and will certainly never be returning.
