awesome service ...... very fast

We had a similar experience to the first review. Dropped the machine in for repairs and a quote. Rang after several weeks to be told that the person was not sure whether anything had been done and someone would call back. Never did. Rang again each week for three weeks to be told the same thing - sounded like the machine had not moved and no-one seemed to know what was going on with it. Each time was told someone would call back and never did. Eventually went and picked up the machine after 6-8 weeks and took it elsewhere where it was fixed promptly. Tried to email the owner to complain about the incredibly poor customer service but only got a generic reply with no appreciation of the situation or apology.

I am incredibly dissapointed in my experience with Warwick Sewing Centre. 1) when i dropped my overlocker in for a service they tried to convince me to source my own parts and bring them, so they wouldn't have to bother. I was told it would be ready in 4 days.2) when i called to find out how my repair was going after 4 days had passed they wouldn't give me any kind of indication of when it would be finished. I asked what was wrong with it and they told me it was out of wack". I'm not an idiot

I have had the most lovely service and assistance from this sewing centre. Buying an overlocker is a daunting to say the least with so many different opinions and reviews, however Judy really made it easy to decide on the right one for me. She took her time to go through the features and now after my second lesson I am so happy. Judy has over 40 years experience, this is a family business and they really care about you being taught the right way. Thank you for helping me with my lovely dress and making sure we solved the tricky bits, you really went above and beyond. If you need lessons for sewing I seriously recommend signing up for classes. If you need a machine, try here first for honest advice.

Love Warwick Sewing Centre, I have been going in there for a long time and also go the other store at Malaga. They are very reasonably priced for all of their classes, servicing and machines. Not once have I had a bad experience as they have always been there to help.
