Chemist Warehouse First Health Medical Rowville

I had a shocking experience in this pharmacy run by Thuy An Le on Sunday. I was told that it might takes a while for my Statutory Declaration to be signed and I had no problem with that until after 45 minutes waiting and many being served after me, I asked calmly and respectfully whats going on and they replied sorry the prescriptions are priority, you gotta wait a bit longer. I told them what on earth is the pharmacy’s job except serving prescription? Does that mean I have to wait until end of the business hour?Why on earth they decided to put me on hold just because the prescription is priority? Is this the emergency section of a hospital acting so disgraceful. I am really giving low review for this kinda unprofessional attitude!!

Very poor service by the Manager himself on duty 21/4 (at 6.30) when I went to collect the medication after receiving the text message saying the it's ready to be picked up. Manager wasn't friendly at all and upon checking due to the delay I noticed medication hadn't been ready for pock up.

It was advertised “buy ANY 5 protein bars and get 5% off”. Purchased 5 protein bars and didnt get a discount. I mentioned this to the manager and was told it is due to the bars not all being the same brand and offered no help. Shameful and misleading advertising

Pathetic speed at Rowville Chemist Warehouse prescription counter! I find it slowest of all chemist whs, unfortunately it's the only one in Rowville. ! Always short on staff or inefficient. SIMPLE medication takes AN HOUR and most cases found same challenge! Done with them.

Went in to purchase some cream. Sale price was $33 or something like that went to pay & was charged $40.95, showed the sale price to them & all the young man at the counter could say was this finished on the 25th dec. I asked if he could honour the sale price as all sale tickets in that row had the special price, he just shrugged his shoulders & goes no thats the price. Its now 29th Dec. I didn't even bother went to another chemist warehouse & purchased it for the sale price. This chemist warehouse is a rip off. DO BETTER & TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO DO BETTER.

Apart from the guy today at the pharmacy end (not the pharmacist), todays experience was woeful!I was pulling my prescriptions from there anyway because I moved but I am thankful even more I did now after the quality of service today. Since there have been many new faces there, the service is just not as good as it was when it started.

Customer service is woeful. Waited 30 minutes for a prescription with no indication that it would take that long. Staff not interested in clear communication or any level of efficiency

We buy our vitamins, medicines and cosmetics from this shop just because of only one reason:The franchisee / manager is such a nice person who is so helpful, courteous and approachable. He is the best pharmacist who extends his helping hand at all times and his customer care is truly amazing.
