Beware of Intimidation!This company purchased a telephone system from us. Over 5 years they had been a great repeat customer. All of a sudden things changed. The system they purchased they claimed to be faulty. When they returned the unit we told them we would need to test the unit before we can refund it. The member of their staff that was returning the unit swore at our staff and was very intimidating. After we tested the system we found that it was fully operational. We have since sold it on to another customer and the unit is working perfectly. Despite this as a good will gesture we fully refunded this company. I think this was done for fear of them sending back the chap that had already scared our staff.Despite us fully refunding this customer they still decided to attack us on social media and left negative reviews. I offered to discuss the situation with their director who refuses.Please be warned that you may be taking a risk dealing with this company. As far as i have seen from my dealings with them unless you jump when they ask they will employ bullying tactics to get their way.
