After almost 7 months of renting an ebike from Haa haa, I must said that I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism when an incident occurred and I was left stranded on the street, walking a heavy ebike with a broken break cable for 1 hour and 40 min, time I took to go back to the city, without any support and non a single glance of care about my safety. The previous management was great but cannot tell the same about the current one. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it!

When i arrived to the shop it was posted : coming back in 15 minutes….i decided to wait and 50 minutes after, waiting there, nobody comes. it's shameful behavior and very unprofessional
