Replaced a cracked windscreen & they didn't fit the wipers properly resulting in them making an awful noise whenever I tried to use them & not wiping properly in the rain causing bad visibility. My mechanic rectified the problem as I didn't want to take it back here.

Had a rather large crack in the windscreen of our Nissan Pulsar, claimed through our insurance company and was directed to book with O'Brien Windscreens online. The booking process was easy and the ability to change booking times was easy. Brock from O'Brien Windscreens was a pleasure to deal with, he messaged half an hour before arrival and was within the specified time. It was easy to see he was very experienced and the job was completed in a timely manner with the minimal of fuss. Would highly recommend O'Brien's for your automotive glass needs.

Customer service is incredible. My wife booked in and then showed up a week early due to being heavily pregnant and her brain misfiring somewhat. They went the extra mile and had a technician come out to our house and install it the next day. What great service guys

After some challenges with getting our windscreen replaced I have changed my review to reflect the excellent follow up from the manager to resolve our issues. After highlighting the problems he went the extra mile to ensure the windscreen and damage to car were resolved. Given the initial challenges I can't provide a 5 star rating but very happy with the resolution.
