Angel Dental Forest Hill

Having experienced massive trauma from previous dentists (multiple), I was recommended Angel Dental by the surgeon who did my Wisdom Teeth (who was my first experience of a dentist that cared). Ever since, I've been coming to Angel Dental for years and even with the change of dentists over the years, I've never had a bad experience. Would highly recommend coming here, especially if you're not a fan of going to the dentist. Everything is laid out clearly, anything you're going to get done can be quoted before hand so you know how much you're going to pay and every step of the way when getting check ups and so forth, I'm told in advance what may happen which is wonderful.

staff are very friendly. Dentist is great, very skillful and very gentle. Appreciate the way they take care of you.

First time to attend this dentist . I call to make appointment earlier today advising I am new . Only question I was asked do you have health cover. Booked and had to wait over 30 minutes to see dentist…. Prior to this I filled out form as a new client . At no time was I asked on call until form completed if I had surgery recently… 30 min later dentist calls me in and discussed form - only to find out I need to have antibiotics.. 1 hr prior apparently which could have been done due to lengthy wait - whilst great to have this explanation albeit late and wasted my valuable time … poor comms and something to ask on the call well prior to the appointment. I asked receptionist is all ok on my form as I circled yes to surgery question- no all good she said .I also believe a call to be made for any delays to allow client sufficient notice - again I reiterate and not to waste time . I understand that sometimes there may be delays but seems unimportant to this dentist to advise clients . Customers time are important as yours is and hope this helps you improve the communication moving forward . I won’t be back .

I chipped both of my front teeth and they were able to see me the day I called. The dentist was really nice and explained what he was doing before he did it, which made me feel more comfortable, and when I had payment problems they patiently waited for me to figure out the problem. I highly recommend Angel Dental Forest Hill.

We brought our 4 year old here. He needed a filling. They were brilliant, talking through the process with our son in language that made sense to him throughout and he was very happy. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Great dentist! I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and the staff and dentist did everything to make me feel relaxed with some good laughs and banter. Wonderful service. Very clean facilities and waiting room. Great location next to cafes and shops. Will be my go to dentist from now on. Highly recommend.

Always treated like a VIP at Angel Dental, I love the Forest Hill Chase location right in the heart of the shops. Great service, always try and accommodate appointment times that work and very helpful with my health insurance. I started using them a couple of years ago and have enjoyed the experience every time.

You should hire better dental receptionists as they are absolutely letting your business down. I had a shocking experience today, I walked in simply asking how much it would cost for a regular clean. I left feeling belittled and offended to say the least. I was greeted with totally poor attitude- so far from what I expected, maybe a smile at least?? The receptionist eventually “apologised” after I expressed I was unhappy but it was among the most insincere of apologies I’ve ever heard……. and regretfully I won’t be able to come here now. What a shame to turn away business walking through the front door.

Tristan and Natalie are super. Great dentist and fantastic service. Always see me at short notice when necessary and have multiple sites to choose from. Friendly and always up for a laugh. Great receptionists and overall wonderfull family business.

Had an appointment with Dr Latha today, she was literally the best dentist I have been to so kind & caring and made me feel super comfortable. She’s made the dentist not so scary for someone who isn’t overly keen on them! Her assistant Jess was great too & Shirley at the front rocks, all in all a great experience and would highly highly recommend.
