Jason is a good man. Genuine and hard working.He was reliable, and went above and beyond to get me back on the road.Had serval issues occur with my vehicle, which had to get several parts to fix. Jason put in effort to get those parts as quite as possible. And he was fair on price too.Bloody good work !

JB is real 24 hr service don't ask other people he save us from the hell

I cannot begin to describe how great a service JB (Jason) provided me with.My car broke down in Coffs Harbour (Over 1Hr drive for JB) on a Saturday evening. After the NRMA had come to provide assistance" with no solution

Saved us on our trip from Sydney to Noosa. Came as soon as he could and fixed up the car in no time! Was genuine and hard working and checked up on the car via phone call the next day. Legend!

Amazing service and quality works

Jason completely went above and beyond and legitimately saved my holiday. We were visiting for a 4 day holiday. My car wouldn’t start when I went to leave the shops. I called NRMA roadside and got a ‘potential diagnosis’ and then was left to figure the rest out myself (alone, with 2 children in a town we’ve never been to, 5 hours away from home). Jason came as quickly as he could, found the issue within 5 minutes, went above and beyond and overcame the multiple hurdles thrown throughout the time of fixing it. He was friendly with my kids, explained every step he was doing, was very caring and empathetic with me and how upset I was at not knowing whether we’d be able to get back home or not and in the end he fixed everything and we were finally able to drive again!! After an incredibly emotional, stressful, roller coaster of a day, I am glad it was him who got it all sorted!! Highly, highly recommend.

We had a transmission problem driving home from Sydney to Noosa. We called at midnight, answered without delay. Happy to ask us lots of questions to make sure he could help.Ultimately it’s a bigger problem with our gear box, but he talked is through how to get home and made sure we were safe before letting us drive. Even called to tell us we left our hat on the roof.Happy guys, who love dogs and know their stuff. Thanks JB’s we are on our way.

I rang Jason at 7.00 am this morning for help to fix our broken caravan wheel bearing & he came on the exact time he quoted to fix it. He works hard & fast with a lot of experience.Would highly recommend him for a thorough job that he does.
