I picked up my cake today it was substantially smaller than the one in the window as this cake I was informed it could feed 16 it was lucky to feed 10 Sorry won't be back to get one of these again

Bought passion fruit cheesecake which had collapsed by the time we cut it. Beesting sponge a bit dry. Staff friendly. Just needs a few tweaks.

So many cakes to choose from! Called a few days earlier and ordered a cake (didn't pay yet). Arrived to pick it up but they didn't have the details of the order. They had plenty of that type of cake in stock though. Served by a friendly young girl. Happy to return and try more from this store.

Buying a dry double choc strawberry torte, is it me or are they slacking on the mouse?We pay a decent amount of money for a great cake, and why do you still have “hiring for staff” if we been told you already have plenty applications, tbh felt like your staff member didn’t care to bother with us.Back to Springfield for my cakes.

Dodgy staff. Gave me a cake on the afternoon of 3rd Jan 22 that was best before 3rd Jan 22. So only a few hours to eat it. Shouldn't have sold it with that short time to expiry or must tell the customer. Really disappointed.
