We spent a deal of time finding a firm that could do a balustrading job in two areas of our home. Through word of mouth and reviews we selected Glass FX. Lisa was quick on the return of our inquiry and Mark was professional in his approach to the job and also gentle in his suggestions to make the tasks easier and better looking. Lisa, Mark, Josh and the rest of the team have achieved a stunning result and have done it professionally, affably, quickly and cleanly. I highly recommend Glass Pool Fencing FX. We tried several glass pool fencing businesses and only two replied to us. Mark quote was very comparable to our other quote but he brought samples of what he would be using so we could see the quality of the hinges etc. Mark was always punctual and Lisa kept us informed of anything we needed to know regarding the progress of the job. She even went to Newcastle to pick up a part that didn't arrive with the order, in order to keep the job to the time line. Mark left the job tidy and we were very happy with the quality of his work. We had to go with the matt black spigot covers due to pool regulations and it looks awesome.
