I have always had lovely blow dries there. Do not go for colour. They ruined my hair and didn’t even want to help me in any way to try and remedy the situation.

NEVER GO HERE IF YOU ARE BLONDE!I went in just wanting my regrowth lightened. I came out with yellow/ orange hair. Not only that but damage to my scalp.I did not go back as I did not want to make it worse.I had to spend a lot of money at a different salon and we are still on the way to fixing what happened here.

Please take note that this salon closes at 3pm and not 5 pm. Friendly staff members, busy small salon, even if you have an appointment, you can wait up to 45 mins before you start. Had a good hair wash, and blow dry lasted well.

Went to this salon to get my already blonde hair freshened up (i was only looking for a few babylights). They put a very dark ashy toner in my hair, which caused my hair to look blue-black when I left. The ladies assured me it would wash out, but as I washed my hair the colour turned green. I went back a few weeks later as they offered to fix it, and I left with bright orange hair. The ladies are really nice, and good at perms and cuts but I had a bad experience with the colour.

Omg finally I found a hair salon which can actually do coloring. Amazing one with reasonable price. Will be back more

Got my hair done today by V and very satisfied with both the service and how my hair turns out! She did a very good job. My hair was naturally black and I went for blonde, the colour turned out perfect and my hair still felt healthy. Reasonable price. Highly recommend and will be back in the future! :)

I’ve been to see Sophie over many years and always satisfied with the service and it was always worth waiting for as I’m the last minute person that just rocks up for getting hair done.

BLONDES BEWARE!!! Do NOT under any circumstances go to this salon if you have blonde hair.I went in for a freshen up of my existing blonde highlights to get them creamy again … I walked out with YELLOW & GINGER hair!I showed a pic of exactly what I wanted (a pic of my last freshen up a few months earlier). Yet they did not have the technical expertise to do this, even though they assured me they could.I was very unhappy & returned to get it fixed - there was no change. I contacted the owner for a refund of my $300 as they were unable to fix it. She’s blatantly refused yet suggested I come back in for a third time & she would ‘fix’ it for me. Asking her for creamy blonde highlights as per my pic, yet I walked away with BROWN hair!!!!I was crying in the chair as she belatedly refused to accept that she had messed up and made my hair brown instead of a creamy light blonde. She kept repeating that she came in on her night off to fix it and she and her staff have “wasted hours on me” to do my hair.No apology. No refund. No customer service at all. I was made to feel that I had wasted their time when I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I paid for. Appalling!!!!!DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE.

This was my first time going to this hairdresser and I am never going back. I asked for white blonde and walked out with dark blue hair. She said it will wash out within a few washes but I’ve washed it multiple times and it’s still just as dark. She seemed very busy with other clients and forgetting how long the colours were sitting on my hair. Not to mention it was overly priced. I had an engagement party the next day and had to turn up with blue hair, not happy. Couldn’t be further from what I requested. Do not recommend.
